Consignor Guidelines
Take into consideration as you go through your closet that our shoppers will be looking for current, quality, seasonal brand-name items. Ask yourself if it is an item you would like to see as a shopper at our sale. Our shoppers prefer high-end, casual, designer and other boutique brands.

Fashion Pointe accepts current (purchased within the last 3-5 years), new and gently used items. Specifically, Fashion Pointe’s Upscale Consignment Sale is looking for:

Fashion Pointe holds final approval on all items included in the sale. This cannot be and is not intended to be a complete list of everything we accept and everything we cannot accept. We are looking for high quality gently used items that look nearly new.
**Please note that in an interest to provide only the best in merchandise to buyers, Fashion Pointe reserves and maintains the right to reject any item failing to meet our standards and the requirements set forth above.**

IMPORTANT CHOICES: Unsold Items & 1/2 Off
• Each consignor will determine if they will keep their item at full price during the entire sale or discount it at the end of the sale.
• If you DO NOT want your items to be discounted at the end of our sale please make sure this is clearly identified on your Consignor Agreement.
• If you DO NOT want to leave your unsold items at the store at the end of the sale, please make sure this is clearly identified on your Consignor Agreement.
**It is the consignors responsibility to make sure that it is clear that they DO NOT want to leave their items after the sale. Items that are not clearly marked on the Consignor Agreement will become the property of Fashion Pointe at the conclusion of the sale.
**It is the consignors responsibility to make sure that it is clear that they DO NOT want their items discounted at the end of the sale. If this is not clearly marked on the Consignor Agreement, the item may be marked down on the discount days of the sale.
